Meet Michelle

 

Isn't it a refreshing feeling when you get to know someone before you work together? I love building relationships and getting to know little tidbits about everyone I come in contact with! So, here is a bit about myself ... 

 

I was born and raised in the Midwest. I was blessed with amazing parents and family who installed wonderful morals and values in me throughout my life. Growing up, I was defintely a free spirit! I have always enjoyed exploring my creativity and being adventurous. I have done some traveling throughout the world that has enhanced my perspective in a beautiful way. 

 

I love to learn! I feel like I am always reading a new informational book or researching. I feel that knowledge is power ~ there is always room and time to learn something new!

 

Since I was very little my dream has always been to be a Mom - it truly is the most amazing expereince and accomplishment! I love every minute! My other dream was always to get married on the beach to an amazing man ~ which I did in Costa Rica - I am so blessed!  

 

I enjoy a very natural organic approach to life, relationships, and myself. I am a very passionate, loving, and nurturing person. I believe it is so important to believe in yourself, have beautiful confidence, and find what makes you happy! 

 

I love yoga, meditation, running, and being outside with my family. Growing up I was very involved in sports - I love how sports teach you so much more about yourself and life than you tend to think so! I love cooking and trying new recipes. I love to garden - such an amazing feeling being able to go to your backyard for your fresh foods. 

 

I truly feel like we are always growing, learning, and exploring. It is wonderful to consently be "checking in" with ourselves, evaluting our lives and beliefs, getting in tune with our breaths, cleansing our bodies, and making sure we are headed where we want to go in this amazing journey of life!
