Throughout my life I have never been a huge advocate of pills or doing anything to mask pain or life challenges.
Our bodies are designed to take care of themselves - they can heal, correct, and function perfectly if we take care of them. I have always tried to take the natural route when in the need of an extra boost for a cold, injury, etc. It wasn't until I was pregnant that I came across the world of essential oils. From that point on my family and friends have literally converted our medicine cabinets over to essential oils!
